Inspired by a childhood in Thailand and the cultural energy of New York City, Banchet has created a visual vocabulary unprecedented in the floral industry. Hand-selected growers from Europe, Asia, Africa and South America, provide Banchet with the most unique and stunning flowers from around the world.

ABOUT THE SPACE

Located in the New York's Meat Packing District, Banchet's floral atelier doubles as an event space. Opened in 2001, the 18,000 square foot modular space plays host to weddings, fashion shows, music events, private parties and photo shoots.

The addition of Banchet's innovative retail concept, the Flower Bar, in an adjoining 900 square foot space has put Banchet Flowers on the map as a destination. The Flower Bar features a long, sleek mahogany bar with a back lit wall, lined with Plexiglas and gunmetal steel. A drink counter runs along a ribbon of wide, street-side windows that reveal an intriguing fish bowl view of the activity inside for the passersby, or a portal to the rushing world for those inside.
